Project Vision
The Sports Complex Development Project represents the most ambitious infrastructure initiative ever undertaken by SOBA BMC. Announced at the 2024 Annual General Meeting, the project envisions the construction of a modern multi-sport complex on the Saint Joseph's College Sasse campus, providing students and the wider community with world-class sporting facilities.

Rationale
Saint Joseph's College Sasse has a proud sporting tradition, having produced numerous national and international athletes. However, the college's current sporting infrastructure is severely inadequate for the needs of its growing student population and the development of athletic talent. This project will address that gap decisively.
Budget and Timeline
The project is estimated to cost 65 million FCFA and is expected to take approximately 24 months to complete once construction begins. Fundraising is currently underway, with a major campaign planned for the 2025 SOBA BMC Gala Dinner.
